SB 2110 SD2 HD1    RELATING TO HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS TRUST INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS.
HSCR 1016-00       Creates the Hawaiian home lands trust individual claims
                compensation commission to develop proposals for alternative means
                of compensating claimants who have received a favorable ruling.

SB 2108 SD2 HD1    RELATING TO THE PUBLIC LAND TRUST.
HSCR 1011-00       Requires the Auditor to coordinate the resolution of the issues
                and controversies surrounding the public land trust. (JHA/WLU,FIN)

SB 2342 SD1        RELATING TO SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS FOR PROCESSING
HSCR 933-00        ENTERPRISES.
                Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds for
                Hawaii Taro Company. (AGR,FIN)

SB 2411 SD1        RELATING TO SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS FOR PROCESSING
HSCR 934-00        ENTERPRISES.
                Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist
                Kauai Coffee Company. (AGR,FIN)

SB 2530 SD1        RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.
HSCR 1012-00       Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds for
                Hawaii Gold Cacao Tree, Inc. (AGR,FIN)

SB 2741 HD1        RELATING TO THE STATE WATER CODE.
HSCR 1014-00       Extends the time in which to submit the state agricultural water
                use and development plan as provided for in Act 101, Session Laws
                of Hawaii 1998. (AGR/WLU,FIN)

SB 2742            RELATING TO PORK.
HSCR 1026-00       Repeals provision mandating that the board of agriculture require
                retailers to label pork produced in the State, "Island produced
                Pork." (AGR,CPC,FIN)

SB 2745 SD1 HD1    RELATING TO AQUACULTURE.
HSCR 1015-00       Authorizes the department of agriculture to establish and assess
                fees for aquatic animal and plant health diagnostic services, and
                purchase items or services relating to aquaculture planning,
                disease management, and the marketing of seafood products.
                Establishes the aquaculture development special fund.

SB 2134 SD1 HD1    RELATING TO AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS.
HSCR 1051-00       Reduces the user fee of the animal quarantine station by an
                unspecified percentage of the user fee rate that existed on
                January 1, 2000.  Prohibits the department of agriculture from
                repaying from the animal quarantine special fund to the general
                fund, any of the $600,000 that was initially deposited from the
                general fund to the animal quarantine special fund.  Appropriates
                funds from the general fund for deposit into the animal quarantine
                special fund. (AGR/PSM,FIN)

SB 3199 SD1 HD1    RELATING TO PLANT AND NON-DOMESTIC ANIMAL QUARANTINE.
HSCR 1013-00       Facilitates the importation of microorganisms for research and
                commercial uses while maintaining safe quarantine regulations.
